Founded in Guangzhou in 2008, Penghuang started as a factory focused on cosmetic packaging. Since 2008, we have done one thing: making every dropper, every pump, every jar reliable enough for global markets. Today, we operate two factories in Guangzhou and Foshan with four workshop lines, exporting to 30+ countries and regions. From 30ml serum bottles and 50ml cream jars to 100ml mist bottles, we cover the full range of cosmetic packaging, supporting OEM/ODM private label — from tooling and molding to screen printing, hot stamping, coating and electroplating, all under one roof. We believe reliable packaging is the first step for any beauty brand going global.
